As many people may be aware, the CMC BIBFRAME Task Force (originally BCC BIBFRAME Task Force) was formed in late 2014 to address topics related to the development of BIBFRAME and its ability to meet the needs of the music community. Kimmy Szeto of Baruch College (CUNY) was the chair of this Task Force. Under his leadership, the group investigated the plans for BIBFRAME and analyzed MARC to BIBFRAME translations as related to music to develop a BIBFRAME profile for music, among other things.
